Colorvia1. Introduction
This policy explains how the operator (Tomokichi) handles user information in the Colorvia iOS application and this website (together, the Service).
2. Basic policy
The App requires no account and includes no SDK for advertising or behavioural analytics. Visited-country records stay on your device and cannot be viewed by the operator.
3. Information stored on your device
The App stores visited countries, display settings and other choices you make on your device. This information is used only to provide App features.
4. Map features
The App may use map services such as Apple MapKit. Network requests needed to load map tiles are handled under each provider’s policy, but your list of visited countries is not sent to the operator’s server.
5. Contact
Only when you submit the shared Tomokichi support form, we collect your name (if provided), email address, message, selected app, category, display language, enquiry identifier and submission time. We use this to reply, investigate issues, improve the Service and prevent abuse.
6. Service providers
We use Cloudflare Workers to operate the support API and Resend to deliver email. Information is processed under each provider’s privacy policy.
7. Third-party disclosure
The operator does not sell or rent user information. Information may be processed by necessary service providers, disclosed where required by law, or disclosed where needed to protect life, safety or property.
8. Retention and deletion
On-device data remains until you delete it. Enquiries are received as email rather than stored in a dedicated database and are deleted after they are no longer reasonably needed.
9. Minors
Minors should obtain a parent or guardian’s consent where appropriate.
10. Changes and contact
Changes to this policy will be announced on this website or through the Service. Use the shared Tomokichi support form for privacy questions.
