ColorviaArticle 1 — Application
These Terms govern use of the Colorvia iOS application and this website (together, the Service), provided by the operator (Tomokichi).
Article 2 — Service
The App lets you record countries you have visited on your device and view them as a world map and statistics.
Article 3 — Conditions of use
You use the Service at your own responsibility and must not use it unlawfully or to infringe another party’s rights.
Article 4 — Map display
Borders, place names and regional groupings are simplified displays and do not represent any political position or view.
Article 5 — Intellectual property
Rights in the Service, including its program, design, text and images, belong to the operator or relevant rights holders. Rights in information you record remain yours.
Article 6 — Data management
Because data is stored on your device, it may be lost when changing or damaging the device, or deleting or reinstalling the App. You are responsible for managing your data.
Article 7 — Disclaimer
The Service is provided as is. Except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence by the operator, the operator is not liable for damage arising from use of the Service.
Article 8 — Changes and termination
The operator may change, suspend or discontinue the Service. Material changes will be announced by reasonable means.
Article 9 — Governing law
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over disputes relating to the Service.
